Students and researchers took part in a hands-on session covering sample preparation, instrumental measurement and data analysis in the new laboratory.
The laboratory hosted a hands-on training session for students and young researchers of the Faculty of Fisheries. The session covered sample collection and preparation, laboratory safety, instrument handling and the basics of data analysis for seafood quality studies.
