A seminar presented the extraction and identification workflow for microplastics in fish, from NaCl and hydrogen peroxide digestion to microscopic identification.
Research students presented the methodology and preliminary findings of an ongoing study on microplastics in commercially important fish species, including sample digestion with NaCl and hydrogen peroxide, filtration and identification of particles under the microscope.
